On 30th September, a large contingent of students, parents and teachers attended the annual Barnet Partnership for School Sport awards evening at the Arts Depot.
Shortlisted in three categories, our Cross Country team finished as runners up in the Secondary Team of the Year category. Winners on the night however included our Sports Leaders, picking up the award for Outstanding Contribution to Leadership, and Elenor Roncarati who won the inaugural Secondary Young Performer of the Year trophy. The PE department were also recognised by winning the participation award for the second year in a row for their contribution to all sporting events within the borough.
Some worthy winners, but more importantly a great evening of success shared by all involved. Roll on next year!
