On Thursday 13th March, we were treated to a very informative talk from former Eastenders star (Nish) – Navin Chowdhry. There was no more apt place for this talk to take place than in the Drama Studio, and we were delighted to see so many drama students attend, along with some keen EastEnders fans, which of course included a few members of staff who wanted to have their photo taken!
Navin brought the script from the explosive Christmas viewing of EastEnders and this was shared with the students – which they absolutely loved! The talk to the students focused on his life and experiences as a TV actor, and motivated the students with key themes of perseverance and the belief that everything happens for a reason.
