We were delighted to receive glowing feedback from Football Beyond Borders (FBB) following a recent trip involving a group of our students from the FBB squad. The visit to the Ballers League proved to be a memorable and enriching experience – and our students made a remarkable impression throughout.
FBB staff praised the boys for their excellent behaviour, highlighting their manners, positivity and respectful conduct when interacting with members of the public, FBB staff, Ballers League staff and the wider support team. Their professionalism and attitude reflected the very best of our school community.
During the trip, the boys had the exciting opportunity to meet several well-known figures from the world of football and social media, adding an extra layer of inspiration to the day. The experience offered far more than celebrity encounters, however; it was a truly transformational visit that helped broaden horizons, build confidence and strengthen relationships.
One of the most rewarding aspects noted by the FBB team was the genuine camaraderie that formed between students who might not usually spend time together in school. Seeing them encourage, support and celebrate one another was a powerful reminder of the impact that shared experiences can have.
We are incredibly grateful to Football Beyond Borders – particularly Lyle, Tyriq, Pedro and Logan – for organising the trip, supporting our students and recognising their efforts so warmly. We look forward to continuing this fantastic partnership and providing even more opportunities for our young people to grow and thrive.
