The Winter Concert took place on 9th December and put everyone in the Christmas mood! Over 80 students were involved from Year 7 through to Year 13, and the event was completely sold out. It is always lovely to see representation from the whole school coming together at such a special event. Everyone did us proud, but it was wonderful to see the progress our exam groups have made and to hear our older students who have kept music going as a hobby. There was a wide variety of soloists and ensembles performing on a variety of instruments. Our school choir and orchestra continue to grow and sound great. Our choir performed in three-part harmony with some sign language and the orchestra performed a beautiful arrangement of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. The night ended with everyone joining together on stage for the finale, Merry Christmas Everyone.
