We are delighted to share another update on Emilio’s impressive snooker journey, following on from our previous post (Snooker Talent – 5th November 2024) celebrating his success.
On Saturday, Emilio competed in the English Under 14 Snooker Championship, where he played four matches in the group stage and won all of them. He then went on to the quarter-finals winning 2-0, the semi-finals winning 2-0, and then the final winning 2-0 again! During the day, he achieved breaks of 37, two 48s, and a high break of 60, demonstrating both skill and consistency against strong opposition.
A real highlight of the day was the opportunity to meet professional snooker player Kyren Wilson, making the experience even more memorable. Kyren even mentioned Emilio in an interview for a national newspaper.
Both finalists from the group stage have now progressed to the next round of the Under 14s, which takes place on 15th February. We are incredibly proud of his continued success and look forward to following his progress as his snooker career develops.
We will certainly be watching his journey closely and wish him the very best in the next stage of the competition.
