To mark Valentine’s Day this year, we want to shout about the three new defibrillators that we have at East Barnet School. In the unlikely event that someone’s heart rhythm stops suddenly, these defibrillators may help save a life.
Although we do have three of these brand-new defibrillators in school, it is always worth learning the principles of CPR. The British Heart Foundation have tutorials online that only take 15 minutes to learn. 15 minutes could save a life! Their programme is called RevivR and can be completed using a cushion or backpack.
